Unique basement walkout in Forest Hill Toronto, framed by stone retaining walls, layered terraces, and terraced gardens. Designing this steep backyard required careful planning to turn challenging grade into usable space. Stone retaining walls and terraces reshaped the slope, creating stable levels and a generous grass area. Opening the basement walkout transformed the lower level into a functional, light-filled extension of the garden.
